Personalised Attention
Our staff build strong relationships from the outset and get to know our children and families really well. We split our year groups into smaller class sizes in order for our children to get the personalised attention that they require from our Teachers and Teaching Assistants.
Amazing Resources and Facilities
Our vast facilities allow us to offer endless opportunities for hands-on, experiential learning. We ensure that your child has the chance to learn outside of the classroom and develop a deep appreciation for the world around them.
Strong Academic Foundation
Our dedicated team use innovative teaching methods and a rigorous curriculum to ensure that every student reaches their full potential. From Reading and Maths, to Science and Art, we provide a well rounded education that prepares students for success in the future.
Emphasis on Values and Character
At Catchgate Primary School, we don't just focus on academics - we also focus on the development of strong character values and character traits. Our staff are dedicated to provide an enriching, supportive environment where children can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
Student Voice
At Catchgate Primary School, we place great importance on the child's voice. We actively listen to our children and take meaningful action in response to their feedback.
As Head of Safeguarding for the Trust, I, Mrs Menear had the opportunity to speak with the children about their experiences of safeguarding and school life.
These conversations give the children a chance to share their views openly, including how safe they feel, who they would turn to for support, and how confident they are in reporting concerns.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and provides a valuable insight into how the children experience the school's safeguarding culture and the support available to them.
